Session Description

2022 has been dubbed “The Great Resignation” as employees are leaving companies more than ever. Lack of professional growth has been given as one of main reasons for seeking new opportunities. Fortunately, an easy way for employers to ensure their employees are growing is for them to be “coached” by their leaders. This course will demonstrate how coaching boosts employee retention and growth and how to set up internal and external coaching programs. It will also explain the relationship between coaching and role scorecards; company and individual metrics; and company core values and performance management.
