In this presentation, Lisa will cover several of the topics she finds most important when considering, or onboarding, with a new Learning Management System (LMS). Using her more than seven years of experience as an onboarder for an LMS company, Lisa shares her expertise in the topics and concerns that can potentially challenge new clients. She will explain a few terms that may arise during sales calls, and hopefully take some of the mystery out of the services offered by the LMS provider. From outside software integrations to technical support practices, she provides a checklist to help navigate the most important features when shopping for a new solution. Lisa Wise is VP of Product Management and oversees the development efforts at CE21 to ensure their clients get the best new features and bug fixes out on time. She coordinates with Beta groups to build new features that meet the LMS needs of various industries. Lisa has been a member of ACLEA since May 2015 and has been the co-chair of Technology SIG. She loves solving everyday problems, knitting, and karaoke.
