Jenny Gassman-Pines is a trial lawyer and founding member of Greene Espel’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practice. Jenny helps clients develop proactive and incisive strategies about how to avoid litigation and disputes in employment relationships, offering recommendations to improve policies and trainings. She specializes in helping organizations provide non-biased feedback to help improve the retention and development of diverse talent. Jenny also regularly conducts internal investigations for employers to help them assess allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, and other misconduct. In this arena, she is known for her ability to connect with clients and witnesses, particularly in matters involving sensitive issues or difficult personalities. Many of Jenny’s cases involve the defense of employment claims in court and agency settings, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, whistleblower violations, retaliation, and violation of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. She has successfully first chaired several trials and arbitrations across the country.
