Description

When does a topic warrant content across multiple content types? How to work with multiple content teams to extract the maximum content out of a particular issue or topic. Does a publication warrant a companion seminar, and vice versa? Or would this topic be better covered via a series of shorter articles? Attention to be paid on how to break down silos between your teams, who often have very different planning timelines. How work with product teams to time the launch of new content, how to price various content outputs, and how to prepare appropriate materials. How to manage and support contributors in a remote first environment. Are CLE providers seeing more resistance to participation, contributors declining to attend, chair, or produce content? How can we elicit quality and timely content while being sensitive to the current circumstances?

Casey Hatton is CEB’s Director of Content Operations, leading CEB’s development and production of content across five content types. Casey is an attorney with a unique mixture of law practice and SaaS start-up experience. Before joining CEB in August 2019, she was a practicing attorney, and prior to that she directed professional programs at an early-stage legal start-up. She is also a certified mediator. She has a bachelor of arts degree in American studies from UC Santa Cruz and a law degree from UC Davis.
