Are you interested in how QR codes work and if QR codes can work for you? Panel members will discuss how QR codes are being used as a means to track attendance and share information for single day CLE events and conferences held live, virtual or hybrid.
You will learn of examples that include attendees using an individual badge to scan in and out, how the codes can be linked to an electronic sign in sheet and QR code features in learning management systems that automates registration, verifies participation and updates attorney credits/certificates. The QR code data provides a clear means of secondary verification for MCLE purposes.
We will discuss how QR codes embedded in videos or materials can deliver a safe and easy means to information about CLE policies, procedures and course materials. A hub page can provide links to course materials, updated schedules, speaker evaluations, sponsorships, and submitting MCLE credit. Where can you get your QR codes? Are QR codes safe to use, are they expensive? What are some best practices to consider? Share your experiences or bring your questions for an interactive discussion.
