Every CLE organization has to report out on the successes, challenges and failures of their programs. This session will discuss methods for proving your worth to your board or executive. Lynett Jung will discuss how to report out on your CLE department’s activities and programs so that management understands their value. Barron Henley will discuss how CLE managers can assess team members’ contributions and offer strategies for increasing employee engagement, productivity and innovation.

Lynett Jung is the Deputy Director Legal Resources, Learning and Development with the BC Prosecution Service. Lynett attended Queen’s University Law School and was called to the bar in British Columbia, Canada in 1993. Since 1997, she has been a prosecutor with the BC Prosecution Service. Lynett has prosecuted cases ranging from shoplifting to murder with an emphasis on sexual offences and offences against children. In 2011, she moved into professional development and now manages the continuing legal education program for the 500 lawyers and 400 administrative professionals who work across British Columbia with the prosecution service. Lynett’s focus is to provide a professional development program that encourages collaboration, information sharing and a commitment to continuous learning.
