This session covers over 50 AI-powered time management techniques across more than 10 categories including email and communication management, document drafting, legal research and analysis, document review, meeting management, time tracking and billing, daily planning, knowledge management, business development research, program design and content development, materials creation, marketing and promotion, program delivery, and topic research. Every technique includes setup instructions, with most requiring under 10 minutes and many requiring zero setup for Microsoft 365 users. Time savings range from minutes on repetitive tasks to hours on complex, uncommon or one-off projects. Attendees will leave with recommended tool selections and workflows they can implement immediately. This program shifts from traditional "use your software better" training to treating AI as an active partner in professional work.
