Ms. McInturff has actively practiced law for 42 years, limiting practice to debtor/creditor and ethics matters. She has designed and implemented CLE programs at the request of the Federal Bankruptcy Court, the OSBA, NBI, PESI and the CBA commencing in 1997, having written, presented or participated in the presentation of over 150 CLE courses nationwide. She assisted in writing and implementing mandatory financial literacy education for Ohio high schools. Currently, she has produced over 1,000 Supreme Court accredited educational programs in her role as director of CLE for the Columbus Bar Association. She is an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School, currently teaching legal ethics.
