As CLE professionals, we are expert at event planning - we reserve conference rooms, manage registration, get CLE approval, handle materials and registration and food! That’s a lot to handle. In fact some days, that’s more than we can handle. But do we also have a different role? Do we have an obligation that goes beyond organizing and delivering courses to one that includes crafting meaningful learning experiences that actually change behavior? If so, then, by definition, we are instructional designers!!! And, as instructional designers, we consider not only what our participants learn, but how they learn - and which tools can help. In this interactive session, you are invited to share and explore some tips and techniques of instructional design.
